Cancellation Policy
Thank You for Your Understanding
As Lemon Tree Hotel is located on a small island, every stay is carefully prepared in advance.
We arrange fresh local ingredients, coordinate staff, and prepare the space specifically for your arrival. For this reason, we kindly ask for your understanding of the following cancellation policy.
Cancellation Fees

| No-show | 100% of the accommodation fee |
Weather & Ferry Cancellations
Please note that this policy also applies if ferry services are suspended due to severe weather, including typhoons.
However, if your cancellation is caused solely by ferry cancellations due to weather conditions, we are happy to offer a one-time transfer of your payment to a future stay, valid for one year from the original cancellation date.
If the accommodation rate for the new stay is higher, the difference will be charged. If it is lower, the difference cannot be refunded.

Travel Insurance
Because travel to remote islands depends on ferry services and weather conditions, we strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance that covers trip cancellations.
If you need to cancel your stay, we will gladly provide a receipt or any necessary documentation for your insurance claim.
Agreement
By confirming your reservation, you acknowledge and agree to this cancellation policy.
